<p class="texto">O último crime registrado foi em 29 de agosto, quando o abusador abordou um menino de 12 anos no meio da rua. A ação ocorreu durante a tarde e foi registrada pelo circuito das câmeras de segurança. Nas imagens, Rafael aparece dentro do carro e, ao ver a criança, inicia o contato. Segundo as investigações conduzidas pela 13ª Delegacia de Polícia (Sobradinho), o homem teria ameaçado o menor e o obrigado a entrar no veículo. Ele teria estacionado o automóvel em um local próximo e feito sexo oral no garoto.</p>
<p class="texto">Os policiais civis identificaram o criminoso em 12 de setembro. Na tarde desta quinta-feira (14/9), a PCDF localizou e prendeu Rafael. Com ele, os investigadores apreenderam o celular, um notebook e pen-drives. Os objetos arão por perícia.</p>
<p class="texto">Rafael é apontado como suspeito de outros três crimes contra a dignidade sexual de menores de 14 anos, ocorridos em 2001, 2002 e 2015. Durante o interrogatório, o homem confessou o crime contra o garoto de 12 anos e o abuso praticado contra uma criança de 8 anos, em 2001. Relatou, ainda, que teria sido abusado na infância e tentou justificar o ato aos policiais. A PCDF decidiu divulgar a foto de Rafael por acreditar que ele tenha feito outras vítimas.</p>

Segundo as investigações conduzidas pela 13ª Delegacia de Polícia (Sobradinho), o homem teria ameaçado o menor e o obrigado a entrar no veículo. Ele teria estacionado o automóvel em um local próximo e feito sexo oral no garoto.
Os policiais civis identificaram o criminoso em 12 de setembro. Na tarde desta quinta-feira (14/9), a PCDF localizou e prendeu Rafael. Com ele, os investigadores apreenderam o celular, um notebook e pen-drives. Os objetos arão por perícia.
Rafael é apontado como suspeito de outros três crimes contra a dignidade sexual de menores de 14 anos, ocorridos em 2001, 2002 e 2015. Durante o interrogatório, o homem confessou o crime contra o garoto de 12 anos e o abuso praticado contra uma criança de 8 anos, em 2001. Relatou, ainda, que teria sido abusado na infância e tentou justificar o ato aos policiais. A PCDF decidiu divulgar a foto de Rafael por acreditar que ele tenha feito outras vítimas.
