Maria de Deus Fernandes Crateus, 64, será sepultada no Cemitério Campo da Esperança da Asa Sul. Já Francisco Ferreira da Silva, 71, em Taguatinga. O acidente aconteceu na altura de Ceilândia, e 32 ageiros estavam dentro do veículo no momento, dos quais 17 ficaram feridos.</p>
<p class="texto">O veículo, que fazia o trajeto Maranhão-Brasília <a href="/cidades-df/2023/10/5136411-aumenta-para-sete-o-numero-de-mortos-em-acidente-da-br-070.html" target="_self" rel="noreferrer">não tinha autorização para realizar o transporte interestadual de ageiros</a>, estava sem seguro e com os pneus carecas, segundo informações da Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT). No mesmo dia, o motorista que dirigia o ônibus, Felipe Alexandre Gonçalves Henriques, e o pai dele, Alexandre Henriques Camelo, dono da empresa de transporte de turismo responsável pelo veículo, foram presos em flagrante.</p>
<h3>Tentativa de fuga</h3>
<p class="texto">Segundo a Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF), o acidente ocorreu após o ônibus ser parado no posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) da BR-070, onde agentes da ANTT realizaram uma vistoria e encontraram irregularidades no ônibus, constatando que tratava-se de transporte pirata. Assim, os fiscais iniciaram uma escolta do ônibus até o terminal rodoviário mais próximo — em Taguatinga —, como é padrão neste tipo de flagrante, para que os ageiros pudessem desembarcar e que o transporte fosse apreendido.</p>
<p class="texto">A empresa ficaria, ainda, responsável por arcar com os custos do restante da viagem dos que embarcaram no transporte clandestino, para que pudessem seguir por outra linha, em situação regular. Entretanto, em uma tentativa de fuga, o <a href="/cidades-df/2023/10/5136400-motorista-e-dono-de-onibus-que-tombou-na-br-070-sao-presos.html" target="_self" rel="noreferrer">motorista teria arrancado em alta velocidade</a> durante o trajeto entre o posto da PRF e o terminal rodoviário, perdendo, assim, o controle do veículo, o que acarretou na capotagem. Em nota divulgada à imprensa, a ANTT esclareceu que não houve perseguição por parte da equipe da agência.</p>
<p class="texto">Em testemunho à Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF), Felipe afirmou que quem estava dirigindo o veículo no momento do acidente era o pai. Alexandre, por sua vez, garantiu que não estava fugindo da fiscalização, já que o ônibus estava cheio e os fiscais estavam em posse dos documentos dos ageiros. Segundo a versão dele, o ônibus derrapou devido a uma caminhonete que freou na frente do veículo, fazendo-o perder o controle. O teste de bafômetro foi feito no local e comprovou a não ingestão de bebida alcoólica por parte dos motoristas. Ambos responderão na Justiça por homicídio qualificado.<br /></p>

Até o momento, dois dos cinco mortos em capotagem de ônibus estão com sepultamento agendado 565861
Serão veladas, nesta segunda-feira (23/10), duas das cinco vítimas do acidente de ônibus ocorrido na BR-070 , no sábado (21). Maria de Deus Fernandes Crateus, 64, será sepultada no Cemitério Campo da Esperança da Asa Sul. Já Francisco Ferreira da Silva, 71, em Taguatinga. O acidente aconteceu na altura de Ceilândia, e 32 ageiros estavam dentro do veículo no momento, dos quais 17 ficaram feridos.
O veículo, que fazia o trajeto Maranhão-Brasília não tinha autorização para realizar o transporte interestadual de ageiros , estava sem seguro e com os pneus carecas, segundo informações da Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT). No mesmo dia, o motorista que dirigia o ônibus, Felipe Alexandre Gonçalves Henriques, e o pai dele, Alexandre Henriques Camelo, dono da empresa de transporte de turismo responsável pelo veículo, foram presos em flagrante.
Tentativa de fuga 6ff1k
Segundo a Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF), o acidente ocorreu após o ônibus ser parado no posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) da BR-070, onde agentes da ANTT realizaram uma vistoria e encontraram irregularidades no ônibus, constatando que tratava-se de transporte pirata. Assim, os fiscais iniciaram uma escolta do ônibus até o terminal rodoviário mais próximo — em Taguatinga —, como é padrão neste tipo de flagrante, para que os ageiros pudessem desembarcar e que o transporte fosse apreendido.
A empresa ficaria, ainda, responsável por arcar com os custos do restante da viagem dos que embarcaram no transporte clandestino, para que pudessem seguir por outra linha, em situação regular. Entretanto, em uma tentativa de fuga, o motorista teria arrancado em alta velocidade durante o trajeto entre o posto da PRF e o terminal rodoviário, perdendo, assim, o controle do veículo, o que acarretou na capotagem. Em nota divulgada à imprensa, a ANTT esclareceu que não houve perseguição por parte da equipe da agência.
Em testemunho à Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF), Felipe afirmou que quem estava dirigindo o veículo no momento do acidente era o pai. Alexandre, por sua vez, garantiu que não estava fugindo da fiscalização, já que o ônibus estava cheio e os fiscais estavam em posse dos documentos dos ageiros. Segundo a versão dele, o ônibus derrapou devido a uma caminhonete que freou na frente do veículo, fazendo-o perder o controle. O teste de bafômetro foi feito no local e comprovou a não ingestão de bebida alcoólica por parte dos motoristas. Ambos responderão na Justiça por homicídio qualificado.
