Para o diretor Douro Moura, as palavras de Oscar reverberam sentimentos e reflexões existenciais em todos que vivem ao redor das obras arquitetônicas de Brasília. "Seus traços se misturam aos movimentos dos seres que os percorrem, como ondas num espaço infinito, ininterrupto. Afinal, como ele mesmo afirma, sua arquitetura ‘é para surpreender, instigar’ e, assim, elevar a experiência humana para além do esperado, para além do previsível”, descreve Douro, em nota.</p>
