Se eu amanhã quiser contratar o Neymar, lanço uma dívida de R$ 1,25 bilhão e ponto. Por isso sou contra fazer do sócio-torcedor um eleitor. Alguém lançaria uma plataforma de promessas malucas e quebraria o Flamengo. Ficaria mais fácil emplacar um discurso populista. Eu poderia fazer uma graça em 2024, meu último ano de mandato, e deixar um buraco para quem vai ficar no meu lugar”, disse Landim.</p>
<p class="texto">Nos últimos meses, muitos torcedores clamaram por uma mudança no estatuto. Inclusive, no jogo entre Flamengo e Bahia, uma torcida organizada estendeu uma faixa pedindo pelo direito ao voto do sócio-torcedor. O protesto aconteceu no Maracanã e gerou repercussão na época.</p>

<p class="texto">No Flamengo, somente os sócios-proprietários possuem direito ao voto na Gávea. No entanto, esta prática não é vista em outros lugares. Afinal, clubes brasileiros como Botafogo, Fluminense, Grêmio e Santos permitem que sócios-torcedores participem das eleições presidenciais.</p>
<p class="texto">O mandato de Rodolfo Landim se encerra em dezembro de 2024. O presidente teve participação nos últimos títulos conquistados, mas vem sendo alvo de xingamentos nos últimos jogos. Afinal, muitos torcedores não concordaram com as decisões da diretoria rubro-negra em 2023.</p>
